Haha! as much as I love drawing in sketchbooks at conventions.. One customer and friend always manages to challenge me again and again! That would be the tenacious and badass Timoty Karosine. Also known as Karo

This year he asked me to draw his wasteland wanderer version of his kangaroo character holding a heavily modified VSS Vintorez rifle. So I happily accepted his idea *especially when he told me to go crazy* Which always brings a smile to my face and ebbing pain from my inking hand.
Working tirelessly for mehh.. about nine hours I believe this picture was fully sketched and inked for him. But it looks so cool! XD dang I'm so happy with all of his junk armor!

my mecha stuff is just draw from refrence mostly.. but after that I just make up little things like belts, vents, and numerous other little additions ^^ I even sometimes hide stuff in the machinery when I draw for others. sometimes I even hide my name in the pic *check the top liscenseplate on his leg* ;3 Thanks for the comment!
Holy...those are some sick details you've got in this! From the head shot to his entire apparel, it all looks downright amazing! Also that background perfectly fits this drawing. Excellent work with that ;D The amount of work and attention to detail you put into his apparel (especially with his shoulders, legs and that gun) are amazingly well done.

Thanks man for the thoughtful comment! I really do try to get each little section as detailed as possible to make it more realistic ^^ this time I actually used a new style of belt connection that I plan to use way more in the future. The gun too was heavily refrenced but I actually know personally enough about weapon-smithing that I added alot of modifications to it's original design ^_-
The weapon is actually a sniper-weapon. A Vss vintorez to be precise... thing basically a supressed .227 if my math is correct.... but it can be used to fire automatically like a machine gun too. All of my modifications kinda help make it look more variable in it's purpose :3
