Cenegan024 Made this again, and did a PERFECT job~ He seems to have a habit of bringing what I'm thinking of to life.

Welcome to the fold Ruka Kalli, one of the last of his kind. Magnetic dragons, a birth defect from mated pairings of metal and electricity dragons, he has a under 1% birth rate! He came through though, and while a bit smaller, he did a good job. Ruka has plans to bring more of his race into the fold, even if the c-boy dragon has to do it himself.

Perfectly drawn and colored by our lovely  Cenegan024 again. He did great, so I just wanted to say that one more time. The character is based off Rukidioras from the Monster Hunter series.
