[FACCC] Bacon, Shrimp and Salad Stirfry
INGREDIENTS:
1 package bacon
1 package salad (I used iceberg, something like Dole's Spring Mix will do fine)
1 pound pasta (any type will do; this particular pasta courtesy of
EOCostello )
1 package frozen salad shrimp
Parmesan cheese to taste
1. Cook and drain pasta in large nonstick saucepan. Drain, rinse and set aside.
2. Slice bacon across strips. In large saucepan, saute until the individual bacon bits are separated and crispy. Using a draining spoon, remove from grease and set aside.
3) Stirfry salad in bacon grease. Using the same draining spoon, remove and set aside.
4) Repeat for salad shrimp. Discard remaining bacon grease.
5) Combine shrimp, pasta, bacon and salad in saucepan. Toss until well mixed.
7) Serve piping hot and topped with parmesan cheese to taste.
8) Have cardiologist on speeddial.
9. Devour.
