I had this similar problem when I did my own "Ask my characters" thing.
Like the person was expecting you to draw EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER for them each giving a one-word trivial answer. XD
So I had to explain that if they want to ask my characters anything, they must specify which characters they want to ask.
