This started out as some doodles that Babs did on a scrap of paper at work. I happened by her desk and she asked if I wanted it. I'm always glad to get nice art, even doodles, from Babs, and Lili was just so cute, I definitely accepted it.

I had it sitting on my own desk (with other work-doodles from Babs), and just adored how cute the Lili pics were. One day I thought they would make a really nice desktop wallpaper too, like some others Babs had done of Buster and Babs.

At first I was just going to give it some real simple color and flat background, simular in style to the others Babs had done. But once I got the little fox colored, I just had to give her at least some shading, if not the full works.

With the peace tie motif of Lili's, I was thinking something tie dyed for the background, but Babs suggested something dark to show off the white of her fur. So I played around a little and came up with this one, which she really liked.

This is posted with Babs's permission, as it was her suggestion that I post it to my FA account, since I did so much of the final work.
