I felt like making a Sonic Youth cover today. I'm a horrible Sonic Youth fanboy, which is totally anti-hipster, which seems to make up the foundation of Sonic Youth listeners. I needed something simple to record so I did this. All instruments and vocals are done by me, however, the only instrument I regularly play is the drums, and trying to play to an authoritarian metronome while trying to remember every bit of the song stifles creativity, but though it is a soulless reproduction I still love it. Also, I'm no American Idol, but hey... neither is Thurston Moore or Kim Gordon.
