Alvin has gotten Simon properly attired and is explaining to him how his "date" should act.
Simon seems to be even more reluctant to go through with the plan and the way he's dressed, I'm thinking Alvin is going to want his arm candy to be VERY affectionate.
Knowing Alvin, I'm sure he also has a plan to keep Simon from backing out on this plan.
