Roderick and Donna are two dog catchers who take their job seriously ... so seriously that when Donna finds out Roderick has been getting into the areas assigned to her, getting her dogs and taking her paycheck from her, she gets justifiably pissed and decides to make him pay. She knocks him out and ties him to two water pipes and put his bare feet on stocks. She then proceeds to pour honey on to his feet and uses the pups to do her vengeful bidding for her.
