;v; not a vent art in particular but this is more for awareness I guess?

I don't post vent art (at least not anymore) because I feel like it's a bit too personal for me and it feels like an invasion of privacy but this is more of an exception. I tend to flinch a lot on accident because of the environment I grew up in. Someone could be standing next to me reaching up to grab something off a shelf and I'll flinch, it just looks like something else is going on in the corner of my eye and I react. Sometimes people pretend to throw something at me as a joke or to pass me something instead of handing it to me and that causes it too. It doesn't bother me much because it happens so often and it's an accident but sometimes I get people who find it funny to continue "joking around". It makes me anxious and I'm too socially awkward to be able to get the courage to tell them to stop so I laugh it off.

Anywho, the whole point of this is: please be careful with your actions and how you treat other people i guess? idk"
