Gayle again, this time from  DiddyDoo :D

I'm still wiggling his design but I think i"m kind of set on this build. Not certain yet though. He's supposed to be a very...sensual person, exudes sex. Confuses someones sexual orientation and is very nurturing and calm. He doesn't have any claws to speak of and has the power to manipulate the air. Dunno. I'll have to play with him more.
