More enemies, more hostages, another boss, wee!

Ice Golem: These have some strong ice magic and sharp piercing attacks, but are fairly frail and effected by Fire.
Meat Butcher: With his cleaver, he can deal some serious slicing damage. He is also the same species as Toasty, but is neither related to him or knowledgeable of him.
Meat Packer: Uses his fists to deal bludgeoning damage. He's also strong enough to pick up an Earthquake Warrior and throw him. Earthquake Warriors HATE being thrown, but Gordo Grande Earthquake Warriors are immune to it.
Skwatch: An incredibly strong, mid-boss like enemy with strong punches and ice magic.
Penguin Hostages: Similar to the bird hostages, but they give different items.
Sonny, Grampa and Mama Tumpton: The Tumpton family also appears as hostages, but be warned of two things. Sonny, the harpoon wielder and Mama, the large one, will retaliate and fight you if you deal damage to them, however must be saved like any other hostage regardless (In other words, defeat the other enemies and not them). Grampa Tumpton, however, dies in one hit, so be incredibly careful around him.
Lemirus: Surprisingly, this tiny ghost is a bossfight. He only has a little bit of life compared to other bosses, but the REAL challenge is having to deal with his "friend." ...Unfortunately, you will have to wait for the next BETA to find out what I mean.
