We can call it Two and a Half Molecules! (I just spent the past ten minutes desperately searching through lists of sitcoms trying to find something for good word play but this was the best I could do I'm sorry)
But I like the idea of an organic chemistry show, all of the jokes would have to be really obscure and the show would be really off putting if you weren't a professional chemist with a really existential humor. This could work...
