of the tail. Much of the fur has become dull with a grey hue due
to age. Defining facial fur pattern,dark blue fur present in the
form of a goatee at the point of the chin

Markings: Slash scar going diagonal down his chest, curved slash scar along
his left arm, small laceration scars on the left side of his maw


Criminal Report

The sergal Rukko led a gang of bandits (mostly other sergals, noted as being very young to adolescent in age) on a raid of a merchant caravan destined to Reono from Gold Ring. The caravan was attacked half way on its journey while still in the desert. One survivor who ran and hid behind a rock noted that the attack occurred around dusk. Rukko and his gang charged, unprovoked, down the slopes near the caravan and slaughtered the travelers. Our only survivor, as of now, reported that Rukko himself killed at least five men. As the events came to a close our survivor recalled a sergal mother, southerner, being brought to him directly by his men (she had two sons with her). He overheard Rukko say “we have no room for baggage” before he sliced her throat open in front of her children. Finally he was spotted instructing two of his captains to chain the children for transport before setting fire to the wagons and leaving the scene.

Why did he take the children? It appears he and his men went back east into Reono, our witness claims they were not military so its doubtful they have any connection the the Reono government. One last observation our witness made was the use of Talyxian Stalkers to run down those who attempted to escape on foot (Stalkers working with a gang of outlaws?).
