The Blue Phoenix is the largest ship of its kind in the interstellar survey corps. More a mobile space station than the ship, the Blue Phoenix is well suited for its century long missions surveying a star system. With a normal hydroponic capacity for 15,000 and a normal crew of 10,000 the Blue Phoenix has ample leeway for crew expansion during its long missions before requiring the use of its on board industrial units to increase life support capacity. The Blue Phoenix is equipped with four massive industrial blocks capable of producing a variety of survey craft from on board and local resources. The oversized cargo volume contains enough resources for major repairs or refitting of the ship without needing to tap local resources. The standard complement of support craft includes shuttles, repair tenders, as well as mining vessels.
