For my latest edition of "Throwback Thursday", here is the second of numerous 'photo-ops' - taken by my brother Glenn, with the digital camera feature of his smartphone - from the Sawgrass Nature Center & Wildlife Hospital in Coral Springs, Florida (on Sunday, April 9, 2017).
In the previous 'photo-op' - https://www.furaffinity.net/view/23199817/ - Glenn and I saw two of the three raccoons ('Blondie' and 'Rocket') in their special enclosure. You might recognize the third raccoon in this picture - named 'Woody' - as he was the subject of the digital picture Glenn took of him back in May, 2016 - https://www.furaffinity.net/view/20033443/ - as he was as big as a badger!
This latest 'photo-op' doesn't do justice to his enormous size, as he decided to lay down ('spread eagle') on a platform above the ground. He could've rested inside the wooden shack behind him, or even attempted to take a nap in the rope hammock (below said platform). But he chose this particular venue, and posed directly at Glenn's smartphone, as if to say, "Ready for my 'close-up', G.M.!"
I'll have more 'photo-ops' from the Sawgrass Nature Center later today, as well as next "Throwback Thursday". These pictures in my 'Gallery' (as well as other ones, posted since January 1st) will remain there until July, 2017, when all of these images will be transferred to my 'Scraps' section!
