Mae is 20, Germ was 2 years behind her in school, so he might be 18, and Lori says in the game that she'll be 15 in February, (I think?) and the game takes place from late October to early November, and this takes place about a week after the events in the mine, so I'd say she's still 14. Man, never had to think this hard about video game characters in my life.
