Pretty much, the catnip is like drugs here. I also feel that this like a joke on Hispanic people as well, since Whitney here has a Mexican accent.

When I was in the military (USAF) OSI did a snap inspection, then found dark brown/black organic material in my private storage box. It took then three weeks to discover that it was English Tea that I had spilled and never cleaned up. Of course they didn't believe me, even when I showed them the green box (Twinings) as both box and scrabble field tested positive for mary-jee-wanna. Idiots with their pretty toys, and I was Security Police as well.
