History:Terry was born and raised by his mother in the woods and lived very happily. At the age of 3 his mother was shot by poachers and he was captured by them.
After 4 months in a small cage he was sold to an secret experimental station. He was abused as a test subject. Test included but were not limited to the effects of physical harm and human diseases. Over the course of time he was infected with several diseases, endured agonizing pain and even got his throat cut to see how long he is able to survive it. After 10 years and no left hopes he was put into a new cell with an anthro wolf named Tony, due to lack of room. The wolf worked out a plan to escape with him. When they nearly successfully escaped, Tony was caught by the guards, Terry was successful to flee because of the wolf's help.
Unfortunately he was far away from his old home, only cities around. He had to survive on the streets of the big city for the next years. People treated him like scum for being a strayer, living on the street and eating rubbish to survive, sometimes people would even attack him or steal the tiny little bit of stuff he has found somewhere.
He wasn't able to ask for help since the time as test subject made him mortally afraid of humans and the time he lived on the street didn't made things better.
It was at the age of 19 when another fox named Tracy found the nearly starved Terry in a back alley.
He took him to his home and nursed him back to health. Since Tracy wasn't human, it was way easier for him to gain Terry's trust.
A few months later, Tracy offers him to bring him into a small village where he could stay with another victim of the station that was discovered and immediately closed at that time.
As chance would have it, this victim was Tony. The two became friends and eventually fell in love.
To symbolize his step into a new life he got a tattoo that shows the Japanese symbols for freedom, showing that he is now free to choose what he is going to do

Family: Father's identity is unclear since he left his mother when she was pregnant, Mother was shot when he was 3 years old

Tracy: a silver fox who got Terry off from the street and helped him to live a normal life again
Tony: a grey wolf who endured a similar if way less extreme version of Terry's history, helping him to come to terms with it. He's Terry's mate while acting as guardian too
