I imagine that all that fur from his neck area - if he really ever can grow that much at any point - would come in real handy during the long, cold winter months. Plus it's quite common to believe that more floof means more cuteness.
That said... 5/10 Needs more neck floof.
Roughly two months ago,
was in need or more examples for chibi art, so she put up a journal offering free chibi requests, accepting only two that she felt she liked. Fortunately, one of the furries she happened to like was mine!
Very funny, enjoyable idea for a chibi freebie! I love it! Cute, silly expression Leo's muzzle with him sticking out his tongue and throwing in some blush for good measure. Simple but fun pose Leo's in, standing and spreading his arms out wide in a grand gesture. lol Very well done getting his wardrobe down-pat, especially with adding on the natural folds strategically. And the colouring job is downright amazing to go along with the already-cool shading and highlighting.
If anything, the only thing missing on Leo is with regards to his three trademark "whisker" markings on either side of his cheek (not actual whiskers, of course, but lines resembling them like in Naruto). Even after fixing them up, she still has two lines on either cheek instead of three. I've asked her to just fix that one little thing, but she hasn't gotten around to it yet. Oh, well. For now, I'm putting it up on my page anyway.
Absolutely adorable chibi you've drawn here,! Also I'm very flattered you thought one of the two characters was likeable enough to be used in some example art when offering chibi commissions! Thank you very much!
