I am....completely floored by just how beautifully this picture turned out. Sorona really outdid herself and I couldnt be more happy with my choice of artist to draw this scene I've had pictured in my head for so long.
Some of you, know Kayleigh
some of you know about the Forest of Lost Souls, and how mysteryious Kayleigh is inside of it.
Some of you also know of Kayleigh's 'off-duty' side, where she is more normal and "herself"
and obviously...some know of her brother, who betrayed he long ago...and how she longs for him.
This picture shows a side of Kayleigh she lets very few see. This picture shows her truely letting out her feelings, her weakness....This is her howling sadly to the moon, wishing only to free her brother from the curse that has claimed him. No determination to get him back, no drive not to harm him....this is her at her most vulneable. Sitting in a forest of souls lost between the mortal and undead realms. As the chilling, saddening atmosphere sinks in and tears roll down her cheeks as she remember the brother she lost.
I have no more words I can say about this picture...Thank you Sorona, this is beautiful.
