The black fluffy cat was watching Mayor of Riga Nils Usakovs as he took part in a live question and answer session on popular show Directed Question.
As the 40-year-old spoke to the camera the white-pawed kitty spotted a cup next to him.
The cat crept up, getting as close as it could before sniffing the cup and trying to lick the liquid out.
And then...
This one required four panels for the action.
