Ah, Breaking Benjamin is awesome. The newest album is so different to the older ones, but I like the kind of evolution it went through. Makes this song from it even more fitting to the image.

I agree! Kinda reminds me of Linkin Park right now. Some of their new music just poured out online and on the radio and I nearly had a heart attack. Heard their music, and was like man this is catchy, and didn't have a clue it was them. I found out later when the radio replayed one of the new songs and finally said, 'by artist Linkin Park' and i almost died. LOVE their new stuff, and despite it being different, it's still good and I heavily relate to all their new songs so far.

Strange to see Red looking so downcast and sad....still, he is one of my favourite of your cast of characters (next to Lex). Beautiful piece, and gorgeous lighting.

Yeah, that's true. I think it's mostly because I used him for some vent art and because I by now regret designing his brother. The yellow and black colors look nice in flat colors, but are a PAIN to shade!
Still, he has a bit of a depressing side on him, which will be properly revealed once I get to the later chapters of the comic.
But yeah, he is one of my fav characters of mine, too. c:

Aahaha! I see, especially with your comic being so detailed and intricate! It's what drew me to your work in the first place (SOH caught my eye, then I saw AKiD) His brother is such a cute woof though, but I'm partial to Red's intensity and rad colours. He certainly makes for beautiful vent work eitherway xD

love this so much still. it remind sme of my own stories. I have a lot of concept setting on dust and I don´t feel good , confident or patient enough to go on with the comic. It´s like I do still love the old characters on one hand, but on the other the designs of the old ones are rather plain and bad. Also plot is not dense enough to be confident about the complete thing yet. haha I shouldnt have started to paint miniatures too, now i get even less time for drawing practice and my story

Ahaha, I feel ya. I don't seem to get anywhere with my story either. Character designs are horrible if you make a comic with them and so much more. I still try to keep working on the comic, as it taught me a lot (like bad character design for one XD) which I will be making better with another story I am working on.

What I would advice you would be to completely revise the story and characters. It might get you back into the whole comic and you can use everything you learned to start over. If I have the time (and right now I do, just sent out my last of 45 applications yesterday) I could help if you want.

On a more or less unrelated note, I am currently in the first phase of working on a new comic project for which I am looking for special life stories. I was wondering if you have interesting stories to tell. I'd LOVE to hear them and maybe use them for the comic.

Tehe, I feel ya on that one too. I am finally finished with all my applications and now all I can do is wait if I get anything back and so in the meantime I started playing an MMO. XD But I need to get back to drawing soon.

sounds interesting, what kind of stories are you looking for though? there are bad stories that make a long bad story lol but nothing that can be easily pictured
