Goodness, this might be my favorite design I've done for a character, and Terry executed it so well! Though I owe thanks to the brilliant Toby Fox, because Mettaton NEO from his PC game Undertale was STRONG inspiration for Cy Fox in general.
Hope you all like him as much as I do, he has a lot of...personality, and looks friggin' dashing, hehe...
