This file may take a few listenings, but it is designed to get rid of unwanted hypnotic effects inside of the listener's mind.
In this induction, i take the listener to a room that the listener may or may not be familiar with from my other files. This room is the listener's happy place. I start by relaxing the listener, and having them visualize their happy place. Then i have the listener imagine a dimmer switch on a sliding track that leads up and down. I tell the listener that when the dimmer switch is at the top of the track (or 100%) that they are fully awake and aware, if the switch is at the bottom of the track (Or 0%) their conscious mind will fall into a deep sleep, letting their subconscious take full control. I then slide the dimmer switch down to the bottom of the track for the listener. After the listener is deeply under, i give some suggestions to the listener that i will count to ten, each number will send a cleansing wave through the mind, slowly dissolving all unwanted hypnotic effects in the listener's mind. By the time the countdown is done all hypnotic effects should be erased from the mind.
