This is a wip NPC for a super hero themed RPG like "Mutants and Master Minds" but he will most likely never be used since i have no time to GM.
His Backstory is he is a super powered individual that joined the police force. He acts as a deterrent against minor super criminals and as a liaison between SuperHeros and standard law enforcement. His powers are super strength, flight and kinetic projection (Force balls, force fields, shock waves etc ) and super durability. ( pretty much super man but no heat vision and kenesis powers)
He has a firearm but never uses it and is rather vocal about police adopting new sidearms that have a non lethal setting. ( which is pretty much the mission he is involved in the narrative )
He also secretly Founds a hero team without telling his boss.
