Anxiety isn't pretty folks... it chokes you and steals your breath, it causes you to panic when nothing is logically wrong, it causes you to fear so many little things and think the world might be ending even though there's no threat.... it eats at you and eventually tries to take over everything you are, and all you can do is gnash your teeth and hope that it stops trying to ruin everything you are....
