When we're stuck in the darkest of places, it's our friends and loved ones that can toss us safety lines and pull us back in from our own depression and darkness.

Most importantly, we have to be willing to have people help us. They are here because they care and love us. While it might feel safer to stay in the depression we've known for so long, eventually it's time to leave those waters and search for peace.....
