So this one is a story I did when I came across a lucario character account on Twitter, one owned by 
Scavengerfox I believe. So there's a bit of backstory to this one. The Lucario in this one is called Torch and due to some backstory I'm not totally filled in on, can use the plant move 'growth' after building up some UV exposure. As you can imagine, in this sense 'growth' doesn't build up stats, it grows the lucario. From there Torch gets a bit more smashy smashy, instead of how calm and collected he used to be. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this one!
