I don't think I'll ever get tired of these small challenges. While the payment is nice, sure, Frits is remarkably easy to work with, even with a hiccup here or there. He is one of the absolute sweetest guys I know and I couldn't be happier to have him around.
Before all gets said and done, YES, this is fanfic. NO, not everything is going to mesh up with your headcanon. The story was tailored to Frits' tastes, with more than the daily recommended allotment of artistic and character liberties taken here and there to make the plot flow smoother from beginning to end. I'm sorry if you don't think this is an accurate representation of Mae and Bea (or god forbid, Danny), but the point of the matter is that this story may just not be for you. There's plenty of warning up there in the title, but if you're open minded and those things are up your alley, then please do give this story a looksee.
