A dragon_xchange piece for Katolincat of her wind dragon Arikalen. I decided to put him on a cliff looking out over the ocean and tried to make it look windy and slightly overcast and a bit cold. Like Newfoundland!
I ran out of time so it's a bit plain and I used a lot of textures from www.mayang.com/textures to try and make it look a bit nicer.

Excellent piece regardless of how simple the subject matter may seem. Love the use of neutral colors [including the sky]. More often than not that's what beach scenes look like...not the bright sunshiney stereotype of a beach.
Also love the colors you chose for the dragon...the blue and black contrast so well with the white and gray. Mrrm, beautiful work.
