Looked through some old projects and found an unfinished loop called "Funky".

Audacity is a pretty good program :D Its free and its awesome.
Its not a full scale music production tool,
but its a very powerful editing tool.
If you also have a somewhat decent mic thats all you really need. ^^
I use Audacity myself if I need to cut some Samples accuratley.
