Still trying to work out the logistics of my animations. So here's a watercolour background with a very crudely drawn and painted cel on top. :)
I pretty much messed up every stage of this, but had too much fun not to share!

Sadly, i don't think watercolour will make good, practical backgrounds in the end :/
