Stark Empire is my imagination country.
Official name is ' Great Stark Cosmic-Democratic Empire ', inspire from USSR , USA , France , Nazi german , Japan empire , Rerublic of Korea.
it's not a great or perfect country.
well, Stark Empire established from the idea that ' Equality and freedom for afflicted one '.
yes, as a socialism ideal.
so, they started war called as ' Freedom war ', but some of the people call it ' just conquer '.
most of Empire citizen is a clone, not nature one. they made for freedom war, so even Empire doesn't think them as a person. and we have another kind of people that get freedom from Empire. easily I call them ' Free citizen '.
the important thing is the Free citizen are not belong to Empire. they have an own Autonomous administrative division(AAD). like the United State of America, but they are not a federal.
then, Empire recruiting free citizen, unlikely conscription all Empire citizen.
So... Stark empire is kind of giant, massive Military organization.
but they have the constitution and National Assembly. free citizen has a referendum for each AAD(a planet).
we have a 4 kind of police,
<AAD police>, <Empire police>, <Military police>, <Directorate General of Inspection (Secret police)>
and many militaries force.
