Carnivora was one of the clades that weren't uplifted by the Keepers. The inhabitants of Theriotopia Zodiac weren't aware of this clade's existence until they stumbled upon a Keeper vault during an excavation.

According to the log left by the Keepers, the carnivorae requires a lot of adjustment into their sequence in order to fix their behavioral issue. The last log entry mentioned that latest generation is ready for production and testing, but it seems that the Keepers were wiped out before they can carry the experiment.

At first the Theriotopian produced the smallest carnivorae and test them before gradually moving towards larger and larger species. It seems that the keepers have indeed suceeded in adjusting the carnivorae's behaviour.
