I might as well just post this.

This was my final project from fall semester for my intro to 3D class. First character and first rig.

WHAT HAVE WE LEARNED TODAY, KIDS?

- Chibi nub-arms, while you can get away with it in drawing and even 2D animation, does NOT translate into 3D at all. I kept hoping... "once it's animated it'll look okay." WRONG. What makes a character simple in 2D makes them an amputee in 3D.

- It's pretty much impossible to change a model after the character has been rigged without redoing the rigging.

-Biped sucks.

I was going to use the model for a short film, but ran out of time and now I'd rather just redo the model and rig it with CAT because it is superior.

BUT HERE IT IS since I spent a few months on it anyway.
