I wanted to draw George again. Last night as I was trying to play Eve, I drew him up all chibi-esque. Cheesy Photoshop brushes for grass and clouds, but I've had a hellish day, so at least I finished it. :D

I used Wapy's advice on the shading for skin and clothes. Hard edge of skin, soft edge on clothes. The hair I found a tutorial and gave it a try. Uses layer and the smudge tool. The grass... I cheesed out. It's just the grass brush in photoshop. but I made the colors vary and then made sure to put some in front because you stand IN grass not ON it most the time. :D
