It can read and split apart vocal tracks at marks it calls hitpoints, and with a proper setup, it can alter the waveform to approximate how it would sound without any pitch change between each mark. the warbly effect is either a side effect of having a natrually vocalized word monotoned, or a trick of the ear from the rapid pitch shifting."
