Roxy was formerly a Sky Pirate. She was a mechanic for her pirate crew and was nicknamed Rusty Wrench for her decent mechanic skills. She made an array of flying machines for the pirated to use as well as some special weapons for them. When the Sky Pirates signed a peace treaty, Roxy's pirate days were over, but she didn't mind. While she still does some mechanic stuff, she mainly wants to become a rock star now and be as popular as Luna and Ashley, who she visits on occasion for help, and for fun.

- The spike part on top of her head is meant to be a mo-hawk, it's just hard to draw one from a front view
- Her design is based off of a character I made in Saints Row 2
- She was formerly just named Rusty, a name I gave her from her rust-orange fur, but I changed it to Roxy and made Rusty part of her nickname
