The Radiant Dawn are a cult in some sort of Fallout- or Gamma World-esque post-apocalyptic future. They seek out radioactive hotspots and stores of radioactive materials, believing them to be holy sites and relics. They often make alliances with the more intelligent creatures of the wasteland, especially radbeasts, which they admire for their atomic metabolisms.

While most members of the Radiant Dawn rely on their HAZMAT equipment and anti-rad drugs to shrug off the effects of such proximity, some develop a latent resistance, or even useful mutations- however, taken to an extreme it can result in their bodies breaking down into radioactive goo themselves.
