Call this a hunch, FrostTWolf, but with the train in the background, and your badger formally dressed up (complete with top hat), was this image inspired by the 1975 Oscar-winning cartoon "Great" (about British engineer I.K. Brunel) by animator Bob Godfrey? Well, that the first thing that popped into MY mind! Oh, how I wish I was that con!

Actually I've never seen that animation before, this came purely from my own interpretation of a Victorian scene :)

But I shall look for that animation, thankies for the tip off ^^ *wags*
