A little character sheet I whipped up for Lacerne, featuring artwork I've gotten as commissioners. The irony behind this piece is that I created this reference sheet so I could place down a order for a cartoonized reference sheet haha. So it's Referenception? I really like it though. Just features some past artwork and some minor details. I might try to get out a more adult set of references, but I thought i'd put this out here! As a interim, and so I could start perhaps making him easier to draw for the artists and giving them easy access to all the pieces.

The art goes to these artists: Feral fullbodies were done by  Eispiritu while the headpiece was done by a artist named Graffiti where I commissioned him, but over here he goes by  CloverDaAlpaca so there you go! ^_^. Artists have been checked and both gave their approval for their art to be used for the character sheet.

Name: Lacerne
Species: 90% of the time a Tendril beast/displacer beast (corrupted), before corruption was relatively normal white tiger.

Tendril info - found lurking out when he was exploring a dark cave when they leaped out and merged into him. They are merged into him at the base of his shoulders and are semi Symbotic, merged into him. It grants him some unique flexibility and mobility to his form as the prehensile tendrils can grip, pick up items, and with their soft flexible flesh (based upon a squid's or octopus) they can easily manuever themselves to shift or squeeze themselves, allowing them to form particular shapes or even slip through the narrowest crevices. While there are two main tendrils always upon his back, he is able to form smaller, detachable tendrils out from the back of his tendrils to explore or watch out for danger as they're all telepathically linked, or for other fun purposes as well.

Personalities: Lacerne is mostly curious and playful, as opposed to his semi monstrous form he does not carry a lot of ill intent to hurt anyone and tends to avoid conflict unless cornered in a life or death scenario. He only fights when it is needed to preserve his life and when no other option is available, being (theoretically) equipped with sharp fangs to pierce flesh and a powerful bite of the big cats with jaguar's even being able to pierce skulls, he actually is not too keen or curious about his abilities and much rather prefers the willing companionship or friendship of a person rather than forcing them into things. He's mellow, go with the flow and perhaps a little whimsical at times. He can get pretty snappy if he feels he's cheated upon. However other than that he always tries to keep a rational mind around him and find a way to make the best of a situation without letting himself walked over. He often likes to reflect out and enjoy scenery and solitude from time to time to think and watch the rain patter down or the waterfalls fall down out in his abode in the grotto, alongside a more traditional rustic log cabin up upon the mountain that he likes to visit. Adorned with oaken furniture and a hot fire to brew a kettle for hot cocoas and teas and chilis as one of his favorite warm ups against the frosty weather.

The tentacles themselves seem to be mostly just troublesome and lurking around, and sometimes have a mind of their own or are curious. They do not have 'sight' in the traditional sense but can see via heat and touch and have a soft flesh, they are equipped with retractable black claws that can withdraw to make a smooth pad, and also occasionally can be seen with a opening across their fleshy pads as a form of 'tentacle maw' or feeder in some cases. Able to take on a myriad of shapes and purposes to their nature.
