Phenylethylamine is a neurotransmitter. That means that it, in part, controls everything you do. This specific guy is very stimulating. He likes to give you energy to invigorate you and help you explore. That's what he's all about, exploration. He loves to see new people and new places. So much in fact that he'll manipulate you into doing this things so he can see them, but once he's had his fill he's gone. And then it's just you, alone, lost, "exploring".
