That´s one special food in Finland. Pea soup and crispy rye bread.
Yes, i know, looks so nasty, but it´s good. :)

If you want try it you need this:

1. 0.5 kg dried peas
2. 2 liter gold water
3. 0.5 kg bagon
4. 1-2 tsp of marjoram,salt
5. mustard

-flush dried peas
-then put peas in kettle (5 liter size)
-Add water (2 L)
-Give it soak over night
-Cook about 1 hr and stir it sometimes
-Fry same time chopped bacon in frying pan (very crispy is best)
-Add bacon in soup
-Cook other hour stirring sometimes too
-Add Marjoram (not too much)
-Taste it and add salt if that need it
-If that soup doesn´t look like picture. try cooking max 1 hr more

Othervise, that soup can make fart buster of you. :)

And then nomnom....
