To date, my most detailed piece. I'm still hooked on Undertale, even more than a fully ear after playing it. RP and amazing friends has kept it alive for me, and even now we're starting to drift from that, but stay as friends. I drew this actually about three months ago, but haven't had much of anywhere to upload it, so... Here we are, everyone. There's even a short little written piece to accompany it, that I made. It's not the best, and neither is the art. But I feel they go together well enough to make something half-decent.

Asriel felt... Numb. Two voices echoed weakly in his head as he stumbled back to the underground, clutching what mattered most to him. He could feel himself slowly slipping away, as did his human sibling.
As he made his way past the barrier, saying goodby to the surface and humanity, he was reminded of a moment long ago. Or not so long ago... Right now, to him, even that morning's breakfast seemed an eternity ago.
"Mom, Dad...!" The boy's voice bleated out. He walked up into New Home with a human, injured over his shoulder. They were no taller than he was, and even wore a striped shirt similar to his. They were hurt, and he felt they'd be scared too.
His parents had heard his calls, and rushed to the child's voice. As they stepped out though, Asriel found himself greeted with shock and bewilderment. A cautious look in their eyes, but concerned and warm regardless.
"Mom, Dad... They're hurt," he said with an audible sniffle. It was easy to worry the caprine-monster child. And once that was done... It wasn't long before those tears brimmed in his young eyes.
...
"Mom, Dad...!" his voice rang out, dry and cracked. Old, but with that scared youth to it. He clutched Chara's body close to his shaky form, and he hadn't the strength to move past the Throne Room. There he collapsed to his knees.
There was a clattering nearby, and the first face to make itself known was his father's. Relief was quickly washed with dread and sorrow however, as he saw Asriel's condition. The scratches, the wounds, the frailty of his form...
While he held the soul of a human with his own... He was still no more than a child. Not to his father... And especially not to his mother, who had rushed out hardly steps behind Asgore.
Asriel hardly even realized the tears rolling down his own cheeks, as he looked towards them. There were... So many things, that he wanted to say to them. To tell them what he saw on the surface... That he loved them... That Chara loved them... There was so much he wanted to get out, but so little time.
He felt two pairs of arms immediately around him, and he squeezed his eyes shut to push out more tears. He opened his mouth to speak, and for several long seconds, only silence.
"W-we... We love you," he found himself finally managing to choke out. He coughed and lowered his head, squeezing Chara's body close. As he felt that numbness creep even into his mind, he spoke. Even without thinking of the words, he managed one more sentence.
"I don't want to let go..."
And with that final, scared whisper, filled with too much regret and sorrow, the magic holding his form collapsed, and he gave way to dust, scattering across the gardens of the Throne Room.
