I resisted the urge to do a SENTREHMASTAH reference(actually I was too lazy) due to the Engie having the same voice actor as Wolf(Starfox: Assault/SSBB), but whatever.
I also thought about doing a Ratchet & Clank parody, with a Sentry Gun on his back. But ultimately just did what you see here.
So, the Engineer. He's probably the most down to Earth, non-crazy character in the game(Unless of course, you hit G with the wrench out). Today I actually had the honor of witnessing a non-setup hoedown, and somebody started mic-spamming Cotten-Eye Joe(it's such a fitting song for the Engineer and you know it), and we actually won, while this was going on. Good times.

I think it's pretty funny that I managed to draw one of the guys with the biggest hands with really tiny ones. Funny eh?
