Since youth, Spirit has never had a close bond with her mother. Unfortunately, circumstances with the disappearance of her mate, and trying to be strong for her pack and children, the stress became too much, causing her to no longer be able to deal with her mother's selfish drama. This is the scene where Spirit finally tells Soul to leave and stay away.
