No, like the description says he means the Dinobots haha. In Aligned he "created" them (aka tortured and deformed innocent autobots to make them) and is legitimately pissed that they don't love him back or think of him as their father, and hopes to one day show them was a great loving parent he is for what he did to them and to get to stop being "brats".
They're always made different interpretations, the earliest example being the G1 comics published by Marvel alongside the G1 cartoon. Same characters but different stories. While Shockwave in the G1 cartoon couldn't shoot for shit, the Shockwave of the G1 comics could literally take on all the Dinobots. In fact people who were involved in the original materials are still involved and doing things for it today.
