Yea, it's a class that's mainly for majors in Biology, but I have to take it to carry over to the college I'm going to transfer to. It's got a lot of chemistry-type stuff and basically a lot of science shoved into one course.
However, isotopes are just different forms of atoms kind of. Different kinds of isotopes are created from adding neutrons to an atom to increase it's mass, but not it's charge.
