När mängden Sverige är lagom.
This is a silly idea based on the fact that Swedish "lagom" means "just right", so "Det blir lagom" means "That is just right". Also trying to work faster by not trying to be a perfectionist and rather focus on expressing an idea.

The building is Stockholm's Stadshuset (City Hall), a fairly well known Swedish landmark.

Not really really. I was hoping the smiley would tip it off. It's a friendly rivalry we have going on with them culturally. :) (Except in hockey. We must beat Sweden in the championships, nothing else matters! :D)
