The only things that stick out to me are..

a) the crotch is a bit high- may want to make him taller or shorten his legs a little to accommodate it, and
b) his right pectoral muscle seems sunken back into his clavicle - from the way he's standing, his pec would cover more of his upper arm. Take the line that defines it and flip it horizontally so it's going the other direction, and you should notice the difference ^_^
